The Role
Due to recently awarded contracts with some of Australia's biggest Telecommunications carriers, we have two new positions for experienced Land Access and Stakeholder Leads.
This role can be based anywhere in Australia with the ability to work from home or remotely!
Reporting to the Access & Stakeholder Manager, you will oversee compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements regarding owner notifications and facilitate communication with key stakeholders and landowners to obtain land access approvals ahead of construction, including:
Managing and coordinating land access and statutory approval communications
Conduct heritage, environmental, and cultural due diligence assessments
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on multiple infrastructure projects
Delivery and Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely tenure is attained in accordance with regulatory requirements for Telecommunications Projects within UGL
About You
Tertiary qualification in Environmental Management, Stakeholder Engagement
Previous experience in a similar leadership role
Demonstrated experience using Office 365 Suite of applications
Ability to create and maintain internal and external relationships
Ability to work autonomously, maintain confidentiality and organise/prioritise demands
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated high level of negotiation and influencing skills
