Your new role
The Land Access Coordinator is a vital and exciting role, ensuring our infrastructure project team secures the necessary land and site access for ground-breaking projects. You will be at the forefront of implementing innovative mitigation measures to minimise the impact of construction activities on landowners and local communities. As a key conduit between Ausgrid and landowner negotiations, you will foster positive relationships and sustainable solutions.
Lead landowner engagements and property negotiationsAbility to have challenging conversations with impacted landowners and local communities about the projects, their individual needs and impact of the scheduled construction activities.Lead the timely coordination of land and property access requests, notices and enquiries with landowners, project teams and sub-contractors.Prepare Property Management Plans relating to individual property holdings and oversee the implementation of and adherence by all sub-contractors and third parties to the client's Property Management Plans.Triage complaints and escalated issues, and be the first point of resolution to reduce project risk.Build positive and respectful relationships with landowners and local communities impacted by the project.Spark our interest!

Ability to liaise with customers and stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external.Ability to have difficult conversations and be resilient when faced with adversity.Experience working on a construction project is highly desirable.Local area knowledge and deep understanding of local key drivers.Relationships with landowners and communities in the area is desirable.Ability to coordinate, prioritise and manage multiple tasks.Sound knowledge of and proven experience in PC software i.e., Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint.Able to work in a team environment effectively.Good written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail.A current and unrestricted motor vehicle driver's license.Grow with Ausgrid
