Duties and Responsibilities:Resolution of issues and implementation of customer requirements and business objectives as part of a squad.Champion customer values (Care, Openness, Delivery, and Empowerment) in all interactions, projects, and deliverables you execute on.Team collaboration for planning, estimation, execution of sprint goals, and involved in cross-team collaboration.Collaboration with product, design, techops, and other business units.Contributing to the technical design and architecture of software and platforms.Supporting and promoting an Agile development environment and capable of performing Scrum Master duties.Driving code quality by conducting code reviews and implementing unit tests.Contributing to developmental technology experimentation, selection, and implementation.Providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching to more junior developers.Preparing Business Requirements Document, Functional and Nonfunctional requirement specification, System requirement specification, High Level Design Document etc.Experience in Troubleshooting and debugging integration issues.Should be experienced in DevOps practices for continuous integration and continuous deployment, improving the efficiency and quality of software delivery.Salary Range: >$100,000 Date of Posting :12/9/2024 Next Steps:If you feel this opportunity suits you, or Cognizant is the type of organization you would like to join, we want to have a conversation with you!
