Labourer/ Yard Hand / Forklift Driver

Overview: Are you a reliable and motivated individual with experience in both labouring and forklift driving?
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team in Dandenong!
Key Responsibilities: Operate a forklift to unload bins from trucks safely and efficiently.
Perform general labouring duties, including washing bins (steel and plastic).
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions; wet weather gear will be required.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements: Proven experience in forklift driving and general labouring.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Flexibility to occasionally work on Saturdays if offered by the manager.
Commitment to a temp to perm opportunity, transitioning to a permanent role after 5–6 months.
Additional Information: 50% of the role will involve forklift driving, and 50% will be labouring tasks.
No overtime is available; however, there may be occasional Saturday work at the manager's discretion.
The forklift is equipped with a roof, but you will need appropriate wet weather gear for washing bins.
