LABOURER/ PRODUCTION WORKER To be considered for this position, you must have the following skills, experience and competencies: Experience in precast concrete (preferred)/ manufacturing, or a willingness to learn and develop.
A team player with a positive attitude.
Have a can-do attitude, hands-on approach.
Able to work well under pressure and prioritise workloads.
Able to comply with the company's policies and procedures.
Able to work autonomously and use initiative to organise your workload to ensure deadlines are met.
Be Reliable and punctual to all shifts.
Key duties include, but are not limited to: Ability to work across different roster patterns including additional overtime.
Current Roster Shifts:
Days - 5am to 2pm
Days - 6am to 4pm
Afternoons 3.50pm to 2am
*Shift can change due to business requirements
Current forklift licence Required.
Drivers Licence Required.
Loader Competency or willingness to gain one.
Confined Spaces Ticket or willingness to gain one.
EWP Ticket or willingness to gain one.
A great attitude and genuine desire to produce high quality results.
Sound verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to think outside the square.
