We encourage you to apply.Job Description:As a Labour Hire Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and matching talent to meet our clients' needs.
Our ultimate goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and build trust in our ability to provide candidates who meet their expectations.
This position requires a candidate with strong experience in construction recruitment, excellent organisational skills, and a solid understanding of the labour hire landscape.Main Responsibilities:Source, screen, and recruit candidates for labour-hire roles in construction and other key sectors.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.Coordinate recruitment processes, from candidate screening to placements.Manage and update recruitment systems (JobAdder, Deputy) and maintain records.Liaise with clients and candidates for smooth onboarding and role transitions.Requirements:Minimum 12 months of recruitment experience in construction.Solid understanding of labour hire processes and client needs.Proficiency in JobAdder, Deputy, and Microsoft Office tools is highly beneficial.Strong organisational and multitasking skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently.What We Offer:Competitive, negotiable salary (Between $80-95K package).A supportive and collaborative team environment.Opportunities to work in a small team that values people.Work with a reputable recruitment firm dedicated to helping Australia's workforce.How to Apply:If you're ready to bring your recruitment expertise to a dynamic and growing team, please apply today with your updated resume and a brief cover letter.
