Our 50-seat venue is designed to be a culinary haven that brings high-quality, innovative Asian fusion dishes to life. Open 7 days a week from 11:30 AM to late, CHA CHING is looking for creative and driven chefs to join our team.
The Role: Must have previous experience in Asian Kitchen
We're seeking both a Head Chef and Sous Chef who bring enthusiasm, creativity, and leadership to our kitchen. We want team players who are excited to craft and experiment with menus, inspired by Southeast Asian flavors, and skilled in presenting dishes that delight the senses. You'll be leading a dedicated team and delivering our unique fusion concept to Melbourne's diners.
What You Bring: A flair for creative and fancy presentations that elevate each dish. Innovation and passion for experimenting with menu ideas and accepting feedback. Strong leadership skills and a natural team player mentality. Minimum of 3 years in a similar role (preferred).
