We are hiring at H&L POS for an L1 - L2 Helpdesk Support Technician to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia! H&L POS is growing, and we have a new opportunity in Adelaide for an L1 - L2 Helpdesk Support Technician to join our Support Team. Members of the Support Team assist our clients in their day-to-day needs and provide them with high levels of professional service.

The successful candidate will be based anywhere within commutable distance of our office in Adelaide, South Australia, working in a hybrid work model! Our Support Team offers Flexible hybrid working from home arrangementsTraining on our software, integrations, and hardwareQuarterly KPI BonusesWhat does the role look like: Supporting clients with their operational hardware (Workstations, Touchscreens, Printers, etc.) and software problems (H&L's own Sysnet, Windows, third party, etc.)Use your troubleshooting skills to quickly and correctly identify problems, potential solutions, and perform escalationsEnsuring clients are satisfied with the resolutions you'll provide themConducting client procedural support and trainingRecognising potential new or expansion revenue opportunitiesSupporting other H&L staffEfficiently and accurately logging tickets through our ticketing systemAbout You: Excellent problem-solving skillsA drive for great customer experienceThorough knowledge of Windows Operating SystemsGreat organisational skillsGeneral networking understandingGood understanding of desktop and web-based applicationsGood understanding of printer hardware and driversComputer security concept and applications (Firewalls and Antivirus)Basic to intermediate SQL Server knowledgeHospitality and/or Point Of Sale experience (H&L POS software)Call Centre or Technical Support experienceExperience using TeamSupport or other ticketing toolsExcellent written and communication skillsAbility to work under pressureThe ability to work both in a team and autonomously when working remotelyEagerness to learnFluent in English, both written and verbal, is essentialLegally authorised to work in AustraliaJoin us at H&L and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing the Point of Sales experience for businesses across Australia.
