Kyc Analyst - Periodic Review

Location: Sydney Industry: Wealth Management Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented KYC Periodic Review Analyst to join our clients Account Management Team (AMT). This role is critical in ensuring that their Know Your Client (KYC) documentation is maintained throughout the client lifecycle and complies with global standards and local regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the Client Identification Program, KYC review and remediation processes across various risk levels.
Key Responsibilities: Support operational processes for KYC review and remediation for their Wealth Management clients, including Enhanced Due Diligence and PEP reviews.Conduct thorough reviews of client documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Maintain accurate records of periodic reviews and monitor outstanding documentation.Engage actively with Sales teams to enhance KYC and client due diligence standards.Resolve queries and requests from Sales, Global Financial Crimes (GFC), Compliance Testing, and Audit teams.Qualifications: Multiple years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, preferably in Compliance or Risk within a private bank or Wealth Management.Strong knowledge of KYC processes, documentation, industry regulations, and best practices.Exceptional analytical and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating issues clearly to stakeholders at all levels.Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, banking, or equivalent experience (preferred)
