Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on crushing equipment, mobile plant, light vehicles and other equipment as required.Perform routine maintenance and inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.Disassemble and reassemble crushing equipment components.Troubleshoot and repair diesel engines, crushing equipment, and hydraulic systems.Use diagnostic tools and equipment to assess and repair equipment efficiently.Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and guidelines.Collaborate with team members to complete complex repair projects.Machines: Terex Finlay/Striker Crushing EquipmentVariety of Mobile PlantLight VehiclesSkills/Qualifications: Current & Valid Manual Driver's License (HR Preferred)National Police ClearanceAustralian Recognised Trade CertificateHigh Risk Forklift Licence (Desirable)Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter working on crushing equipment, mobile plant, or similar equipment.Strong knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and schematics.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Commitment to safety.MLG, founded in 2002 in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia, delivers innovative mine site and supply chain solutions.
