What does the job look like?
This role will see you responsible for providing UKG (Workforce Dimensions) support across the Linfox business, supporting all equipment that is UKG (Workforce Dimensions) related and distributed sites.
The team is responsible for support across all Linfox and associated Linfox group companies in all locations.To be successful in this role, you must understand the importance of support capabilities that are needed to meet the business' requirements.
This role will play an integral part in assisting the Shared Services group to deliver an efficient and effective UKG (Workforce Dimensions) service.
Investigation and resolution of issues relating to applications.Maintaining UKG (Workforce Dimensions) support processes and checking that all requests for support are dealt with according to agreed procedures.Administer the recording of activities, logging of results and documents technical activity undertaken.Providing guidance or technical input to staff dealing with bugs and production issues.Providing end user training as required.
Are you the one?The successful applicant will possess the following: Minimum 2 years UKG (Workforce Dimensions) experience.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to develop credibility with staff, clients, and senior leadersStrong background in service managementProven track record of delivering on commitmentsExperience with SAP payroll as well as EBA Interpretation
