The Finance Administrator will work from the headquarters in Rotterdam and you will join a Finance team of 6 colleagues.
You will report to the Head of Consolidation and Administration and you will execute financial accounting and support tasks.
Responsibilities
Accounts Payable: process and control of Accounts Payable mutations, solve uncertainties and deviances, answer questions and prepare statements; Accounts Receivable: monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities, review accounts receivable aging on a regular base, maintain accounts receivable customer files and records; Claim handling: data entry and control of expenses reports (claims), verification of authorizations; Payments and cash register: ensure timely payments, keep cash register, book cash and bank transactions; Sub-administrations: process and control mutations sub-administrations, prepare reports; Financial administration (optional): process and control mutations in general ledger, connect sub-administrations to general ledger, support to periodic closing, prepare reports and statements; Archive: structure and archive documents and dossiers.
Who are we looking for?
A degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting (MBO+); Several years of experience in a similar position; Good knowledge of systems, operations and invoicing process; Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is a plus; Fluent in Dutch and English.
