The Food General: Seize control of food orders and ensure our kitchen is perpetually stocked and primed to create irresistible burgers and tantalizing pizzas.
Supervise food preparation and cooking, guaranteeing each burger patty boasts perfect juiciness and every pizza crust achieves a satisfying crispness.
Roster Hero: Embrace the challenge of crafting rosters like a superhero.
Execute with precision and finesse, flawlessly hitting KPI targets for staff labor and food costs.

Waste not, want not! The Kitchen Detective: Conduct venue audits like a shrewd detective, savouring each dish, inspecting every nook and cranny of the kitchen, and taking meticulous stock.

Administrative Whiz: Tackle administrative duties with the swiftness of a cheetah.
Handle approvals, payroll reports, emails, and calendar management with unwavering organizational prowess.
Recruit, hire, and train new kitchen heroes, moulding them into culinary champions worthy of our sports-loving paradise.
Seeker of Knowledge: Lead by example, inspiring Assistant Kitchen Managers, Chefs, Cooks, and BOH Team Members to follow in your culinary footsteps.

Requirements Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar role within the culinary industry.
In-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary trends, and kitchen operations.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Understanding of food cost control, inventory management, and budgeting.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
Culinary degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
