The Position: Maintain a high standard of food services in accordance with Food Safety Legislation and Food Services Procedures Preparation and presentation of meals such as salads, sandwiches and drinks in a Health Care environment. Cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen and work bench. Proven experience working in a fast paced, high volume commercial kitchen will be highly regarded. Must have full ability to work over a 7 day rotating roster, over different times of the day.
