Job task and responsibilities A great opportunity exists for a full time Kitchen Hand to join our growing team to support the daily operations of the kitchen across the Club. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring that equipment and kitchen areas meet the required hygiene standards. You will work primarily alone, so it's important to understand and apply company policy, be able to work unsupervised and to follow health and safety procedures.
The role will also include cleaning our large equipment within our kitchens including, ovens, grills, stove tops, deep fryers, range hoods, ceilings, and walls and all Dishes. Supporting the Chefs with food preparation and general kitchen duties will also apply to this role. This position will Full time over a variety of shifts including weekends and evenings.
