The Role: A great opportunity exists for a Kitchen Attendant to join our Kitchen team. You will report directly to the Executive Chef and be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in our Kitchen areas.
This is a casual role with hours ranging up to 24 per week. Availability in afternoon/evenings is required during the week and on weekends. Key tasks include: Operation of an Industrial Dishwasher Cleaning & washing up responsibilities Correct application of chemicals for cleaning purposes Supporting the Chefs with food preparation and general kitchen duties Compliance with Food Safety What does the Club need from me? Previous experience in a Kitchen environment Understanding of Health, Safety & Environment and Food Hygiene procedures Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts throughout the week and weekend Demonstrated experience working in a team environment Prior experience working in a high volume environment Be self motivated and energetic Evening availability is a requirement for this role between 12pm - 11pm What's in it for me?
