Kip Imparra (Purga, QLD) Site Manager (Pet Boarding)As the leading provider of pet care services across Australia, Kip Happy Stays sets the benchmark for excellence, ensuring every pet receives the ultimate in care and enrichment during their stay.At Kip Imparra, the Site Manager is a key member of the onsite leadership team, occupying a pivotal role in driving business success and growth.
In collaboration with the Assistant Manager and Leads, the Site Manager assumes overall responsibility for site operations, spearheading initiatives to drive growth, mentoring and coaching the team to achieve their full potential, and ensuring exceptional care and enrichment for all pets during their stay.The ideal candidate will be available to work hours between 7am-6pm, Monday through Sunday.
Availability to work across all school holiday periods (including Christmas and Easter) is required.Duties and responsibilities:Working in the day-to-day operations of our facilityLiaising with customers, answering enquiries and managing bookingsDelivering a high level of customer service and quality of careLeading, motivating, and coaching a high performing teamMaintaining social media page and fielding enquiriesStaff training and guidance, in line with company policyRegular assessment of property needs including maintenanceFlexibility to work weekends when required and to not take leave during holidays/peak periodsMonthly inventory managementResponsible for acting on and investigating any animal health concernsExperience / Skills:Previous paid animal care experience is highly regarded.Must have previous experience leading a team of people.Management of site-based operations is highly regarded but not essential.Excellent communication skills and proven experience providing exceptional customer service.Passion for problem solving and high attention to detail.Time management skills, a can-do attitude, and initiative to exceed outcomes and expectations at high quality.Quick learner and a willingness to get your hands dirty with on-the-job experience.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a cool head under pressure.Competent with computer systems with intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).How to apply:Include a cover letter outlining why you are the best fit for the role.
