Kiosk Support Representative

Melbourne CBD location, start date 25th September, 2 month, daily-rate contract.Face to face customer support to internal staff of large Australian business.Background in retail, sales or related desired + IT savy desired.
One of our biggest clients, and a well known Australian business is seeking outgoing and energetic customer focused representatives to support internal staff in a kiosk like environment on a 2 month contract.
About the role: Engage with internal employees face to face and support them from an admin perspective.Have conversations with employees about online hygiene and best practice.38 hours per week, Monday-Thursday. About you: Proven experience in a retail, sales or related working environment.Face to face customer support experience is a must.Strong communication skills and customer service skills.IT savy and maybe even a passion for technology/cyber security.Available to start on 25th September.
