The Role Our Kiosk Attendants need to have the highest level of customer service skills.
The primary responsibility of our Kiosk Attendants is to deliver first-class services to our patrons ensuring it's in line with our Mission, Vision and Values.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Provide excellent customer service to all customersMaintain the appearance and presentation of the caféReplenish condiments as neededFollow health and safety guidelinesCashier experience, taking orders and handling cashApply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systemsPromote the centre's services and programs to our patronsDevelop and maintain good working relations with patronsProvide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food optionsAbility to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Hours may increase during the centre's peak periodsPrevious Barista Experience is highly desirableSkills & Attributes: Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work styleCoffee making/ barista skillsFood handling CertificateCurrent First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2)Current CPR CertificateCurrent Food Handlers QualificationPolice CheckWorking with Vulnerable PeopleAbility to be flexible during the centre's peak periodsPrevious experience in a similar role is desirable, but candidates with a friendly attitude and a customer service mindset are encouraged to apply!
