The Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Electrical Engineer to join the Brisbane team. This role focuses on leading project portfolios across mining, renewables, oil, and gas industries.
Key Responsibilities Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver electrical engineering solutions on time and within budget. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide innovative, high-quality solutions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing conflicting deadlines and priorities. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations. What We're Looking For A degree in Electrical Engineering with proven experience in mining, oil, and gas sectors. Demonstrated ability to lead technical design projects from concept to completion. Chartered status (CPEng) preferred or willingness to work towards it. Exceptional analytical and report-writing skills. A strong commitment to delivering quality work and client satisfaction. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
