Our client, a state government body based in CBD and dedicated to creating a better future for Queenslanders, is looking for an AO5 Administration Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

About the Role: As the Administration Manager , you will:
Lead and manage a team of 10 administrative staff, providing direction, leadership, and coordination to meet the business area's current and future administrative support needs.
Oversee the daily operations of a small to medium-sized team, ensuring quality administrative service delivery.
Develop and maintain office systems to ensure effective administrative controls and practices are in place.
Implement procedures that enhance efficiency, including managing time-sensitive correspondence and improving file management.
Ensure administrative staff have access to up-to-date procedure manuals and provide necessary training.
Handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism.
Build and maintain positive relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior leaders.
