Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Contract Administrator with Keymax Constructions located in Mango Hill.
The Contract Administrator will be responsible for contract negotiation, contract management, procurement, estimating, and utilizing analytical skills and effective communication on a day-to-day basis.
We have a variety of upcoming projects including a high rise residential tower and high rise medical centre in the Redcliffe Peninsula.
Ad-hoc works include commercial tenancy fitouts.
Skills required Contract Negotiation and Contract Management skills for minor and head Contracts.
Analytical Skills and Communication abilities.
Experience in Procurement.
Experience with Office 365 required.
Experience with Procore is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to estimate costs and perform take-offs.
5-7 years experience in a relevant position.
Remuneration is based on the applicant's level of experience and will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
Applicants able to start within a short period of notice will be viewed favourably.
