Job description Under the former Ofsted rated guidelines; Step Teachers are working with a "Good" Ofsted rated Primary School in Plympton that strives to create a safe and happy learning community where everyone is supported and motivated to reach their full potential. They provide a curriculum framework which offers exciting and meaningful learning opportunities. This school is currently looking for Key Stage 2 Teachers for Daily supply, Short-term and Long-term roles. This role is set to start in October 2024. The Key Stage 2 Teacher will be supporting a class of well-behaved and enthusiastic Primary level pupils. The Key Stage 2 Teacher should be passionate and ready to engage with their students, contributing to the school's polite, friendly and safe educational atmosphere. Key Stage 2 teacher - Role: Able to plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons.The Key Stage 2 Teacher should be able to maintain a well-organised classroom and ensure the safe use and storage of all equipment.Work effectively with other members of staff throughout the school.Ability to assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback.The Key Stage 2 Teacher should be compliant with the schools' policies and the reliable implementation of these.Key Stage 2 Teacher - Requirements: Hold Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.Have recent experience as a Year 5 Teacher – Key Stage 2.Have a good level of classroom and behaviour management.
