The successful candidate will be tasked with managing a portfolio of key mining and heavy industrial customers in New South Wales.
Primary duties include: Maintaining a deep understanding of our core markets and our customers' needs to ensure we are recognised as a trusted advisor. Fostering positive relationships, both internally and externally, to ensure business alignment and service delivery. Driving sustainable revenue growth by building a strong sales pipeline and converting new business. Being a positive contributor to the dynamic and successful Sales & Marketing team. Working with major customers to identify operational and/or safety issues for which we can partner and design solutions. An element of travel to build trusted relationships, identify and validate opportunities, and deliver product training. Your background: You have an established network of contacts in the mining industry, ideally with stakeholders in safety and/or operational roles. You build collaborative relationships, use a values-based selling approach, and follow a systematic process to deliver great outcomes. A trade background would help with your understanding of our products and their applications, but this isn't essential. Effective communication, both verbal and written. We will negotiate a competitive package commensurate with your skill set, based on background, capability, and experience.
