As we continue to grow, we are seeking a new Key Account Manager to join our team and drive success in maintaining and expanding our key customer relationships.
Position Overview (KAM):
As a Key Account Manager (KAM), you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing our most important customer accounts within the electrical & telecommunications sector. The role is an exciting hybrid role that gives you a diverse and rewarding experience, including account management, estimating, project management, sales & customer service.
Your primary responsibility will be to build strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering tailored solutions that align with our business goals.
Your Main Responsibilities: Look after our existing clients, do not let them down! Manage all electrical and telecommunications facets of their sites to ensure they are happy clients. Attend meetings on site with clients and offer advice so they obtain the best possible outcome. Complete quotations in a timely manner; it's always better to outperform their expectations. Communication is key; always respond and the quicker the better. Help set out and exceed KPIs set by clients. Sales & BDM - Always look to build new partnerships to help grow our business. Take our customers to the footy or cricket occasionally. What You'll Need To Have: Likeability: We need to like you; our clients need to like you and our team needs to like you! Estimating: It's great if you already have estimating experience; life will be easier for you to grow. Telecommunications: The more knowledge the better (data, fibre +++); yes, we are electrical, but we also complete telecommunications. Experience: If you can show us that you already do a similar role or do part of the role and are willing to grow and learn, it will make it easier for us to choose you. Licence: Electrical, Open Cabling & Drivers Our Software: We use Simpro & the Microsoft Office Suite A Clean Record: Our staff need several different clearances, and a criminal record will prohibit this.
