As the Client Delivery Manager, you'll be at the heart of our 24/7 operations, ensuring client satisfaction, leading teams, and contributing to sales and marketing initiatives.
Your ability to think logically, communicate effectively, and adapt to challenges will ensure success in this exciting and fast-paced role.
Key Responsibilities Client Account Management: Build strong relationships, conduct regular site visits, and identify growth opportunities with existing clients.Resource Management: Oversee recruitment, induction, performance management, and training of personnel.Operations: Maintain compliance with legislation and company policies, ensure accurate reporting, and drive cost-effective service delivery.Sales and Marketing: Assist with tender documentation, develop innovative marketing ideas, and deliver persuasive sales presentations.Qualifications Driver's and Security Licenses (essential).Preferred certifications include HSC, Training & Assessment, Security & Risk Management, and First Aid.Skills Strong understanding of business processes and client-focused outcomes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and confidentiality.Experience: 5+ years in a security management role.
Preferred experience in sales, corporate environments, emergency services, or electronic security systems.
