The Opportunity:
Our sales team is growing, and the team needs an experienced Key Account Manager in Sydney to manage our Hospital Generic Injectable portfolio. You will be working closely with the wider sales and marketing team to manage sales activity across New South Wales and establish strong relationships with Directors of Pharmacy and key health professionals to ensure launch success and optimise sales of the Juno product portfolio.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop strong relationships with Key Stakeholders, primarily Directors of Pharmacy and Pharmacy Procurement Managers.Manage relationship with NSW Health and State based independent customer accounts.Meet and exceed sales targets for current portfolio and new product launches.Negotiate contracts at an account level for new product launches prior to formal tenders.Seek opportunities to differentiate commercial offers to maximise customer value.Establish/Maintain and develop strategic long-term profitable partnerships with the key hospital purchasers.Monitor wholesaler stock levels and customer consumption of products to drive forecasting.Analyse sales data and competitor data to develop a fluid business plan.Actively participate in Key Account/Tenders team strategy and performance meetings.Key Requirements:Science/Medical or Business-related tertiary qualifications.Proven track record and experience in pharmaceutical sales (Commercial Key Account Management or equivalent).Driven, passionate individual with a can-do attitude.Leadership, strong communication skills, and ability to work cross-functionally.Strategic thinking (e.g. understand market needs, identify issues and opportunities, develop targeted multi-faceted solutions).Strong analytical and numerical skills, with an ability to execute plans and achieve outcomes.Excellent organisation, planning and implementation ability.Benefits & perks:At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job – we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
