We offer a safe and supportive environment where everyone can achieve their full potential.About the role:Join our team at DON as a Key Account Manager, focusing on our Foodservice division in QLD. This role involves daily management and interaction with customers to maximize opportunities and leverage our brand positioning. You will manage both distributors and end-users across multiple channels, driving customer demand and delivering 'pull through'. This is a true field sales role, requiring a hands-on approach and some country travel.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with primary customer contacts across the defined territory.Achieve sales budgets and execute sales objectives along with cycle initiatives.Proactively seek opportunities to improve our service offering.Ensure compliance with the company's health and safety policies.Execute and launch all NPD initiatives effectively.Why join us:Our Purpose is to Craft food that brings out 'the good'.
