Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the Education Sector.Leadership skills with a proven track record in developing, motivating and guiding a large teamAbility to prioritise multiple projects in a creative environmentFinancially acumen, interpreting data to deliver strong commercial resultsHighly organised with strong attention to detailA passion for delivering outstanding experiences and delighting our students, clients and guests.Food Safety Certification (mandatory)Trade Certification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)Who we are:
