Group Marketing Manager This role will have the responsibility and accountability to lead the consumer marketing for a portfolio of leading brands.
The role reports into the Business Unit Director and is based in Sydney, Australia. Leading and developing a brand marketing team, you will be highly adept at providing strategic direction, effective management and positive can-do leadership.

What You Will Do You will play a central role in delivering sales and market share through shaping brand strategy and developing and delivering world class marketing plans to win the hearts and minds of Australian and New Zealand consumers.
Growth Planning and Innovation Contribute to 3YOP/growth plan & recommended Portfolio Prioritisation Model (PPM), continue to identify white space & ensure long term plan sufficiency Contribute to the Business Unit annual Objectives and KPIs plans (OKR) Deliver high impact E2E plans that embed HCP/shopper/digital first Recommend franchise targets for FBP/JU/NU working with broader team for BULT sign off Lead a broad team across levels and experience. Cascade and embed capability elements from broader marketing function into team Lead on marketing engagement measured by 'Our Voice' & retention Market Requirements Marketing lead and input for Business Unit Leadership Team (BULT), Monthly Operating Reporting (MOR) to region and the local monthly Integrated Business planning process (IBP) Champion franchise needs across all internal / external key stakeholders What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications 8+ years brand marketing experience within CPG organizations with expertise in delivering against global brand strategies and experience in creating and executing local brand strategies Experience and capability marketing in the digital world, i.e., social media, e - commerce, analytics, on - line Proven success in working with agencies including drawing upon other external interfaces such as social media and digital marketing to both understand the space and drive effective brand decisions Demonstrated financial acumen and ability to translate this to effective business decision making Experience working in a global organization and collaborating with global or regional groups is desirable A genuine and comfortable people leader with a demonstrated track record of people development and leadership Experience working in a matrix environment and cross functional teams A deep understanding and experience within consumer marketing, preferably with demonstrated experience operating in complex, regulated markets / categories. A clear track record of leading teams and delivering through others. A nurturing, supportive, adaptable and committed leadership style that inspires leaders to coach and develop the broader team. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence a wide range of stakeholders. Demonstrated track record of developing brand strategies and annual brand plans that deliver sales and share growth in highly competitive categories. Visible record of discovering powerful brand insights and translating these into impactful brand plans and market execution. Significant full mix marketing experience across all elements of brand marketing expenditure.
