Role reports to: Sales Director Location: Sydney, Australia Travel: 20% What you will do The Pharmacy Channel Director contributes to Kenvue's overarching objectives with accountability for managing the AU Pharmacy business valued at NTS $230M.
The Pharmacy Channel Director leads a team of 14 people and is responsible for the creation and deployment of annual business plans & strategies for growth.
Complex by nature, it involves the strategic management of account relationships, critical key stakeholder development at customer level and deep collaboration with internal stakeholders to drive growth for the Kenvue business.
Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and profitability in the pharmacy channel * Coach, develop and support the team's growth while accelerating the development of key talent * Cultivate strong and broad relationships across the ANZ Kenvue business and through the regional CD team to make a positive impact on our business output * Build market winning local Account Plans/JBPs based on insights, Regional & Global Category & Brand Strategies and deep customer understanding to deliver business goals for sales, share and profit growth * Lead account teams to conduct thorough monthly analysis of account performance, business drivers and where needed develop and align with Sales Director on improved plans to ensure business goals are delivered.
Work collaboratively with National Field Team to ensure objectives support account plans and that monthly targets are measured and delivered.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of initiatives What we are looking for Required Qualifications * Minimum of 10 years of Sales experience within FMCG/CPG organizations with expertise in delivering annual sales targets * Proven track record of driving growth and profitability * Experience in organization and talent leadership, coaching and mentoring teams for high performance * Demonstrated financial acumen and ability to translate this to effective business decision making * Proven ability to developing and executing customer JBP's complete with metrics and regular joint reviews * Experience working in a global organization and collaborating with global or regional groups is desirable * Experience working in a matrix environment and cross functional teams * Track record of success in enabling business growth, strategy development, and strategic innovation * Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex business data and reports * Excellent verbal and written communication abilities * I n-depth knowledge of consumer sector sales and consumer products, trade marketing, marketing/marketing research * Proven ability to influence decision-making at Top-to-Top levels within and across organizations Desired Qualifications * University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent * Ability to lead effectively through ambiguity, conflict and complexity * Cross-market experience would be considered as a plus.Other high-level qualifications What's In It For You * C ompetitive Benefit Package * Benefits include Flexible Working, Health and Wellness Reimbursement, Volunteering Days and much more!Learning & Development Opportunities Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, or protected veteran status and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability.
