You will become an integral part of the broader team and be mentored by Partners to help you grow into leadership positions. Position Responsibilities Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner Take lead in the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships, and SMSFs Prepare BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT, and PAYG for a variety of companies and trusts Prepare and deliver annual workers compensation and payroll tax reconciliations Be coached directly by an experienced Partner with an aim to manage a diverse portfolio of clients Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients Help provide exceptional service to our clients Participate in training seminars, team meetings, and social events Offer support and training to junior team members About You 2+ years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice Chartered Accountant qualification or in progress Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similar Experience using accounting software, including MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, APS, MYOB, Xero, and Quickbooks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Committed to providing exceptional service to our clients Proactive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic About the company We help you manage all your business accounting and financial needs.
