As a Pet Aftercare/Keepsake Preparation Coordinator you will guide families with compassion and care for deceased pets, creating personalised paw prints and keepsakes, ensuring the respectful return of ashes with empathy and professionalism.
Duties of a Pet Aftercare/Keepsake Preparation Coordinator Taking clay, ink and digital paw prints ensuring quality – includes trimming fur and claws Preparing pets for office viewings and cremations, includes washing and drying pets if needed Carrying out viewing cremations, and gold and platinum creations as required Management of cool room and pets on hold, liaising with client care team on progress Assisting with warehouse duties, includes unpacking stock and accepting in deliveries Preparation of pet's ashes into urns, boxes and jewellery and finalise preparation to return to clients.
