Join our dynamic team at the Eric Hart Centre and St Laurence Park on a part-time, parental leave contract (0.4 FTE) and lead a multidisciplinary team delivering exceptional care and innovative programs.

This parental leave position offers the chance to balance your professional and personal life, with ongoing opportunities within our Allied Health Team coming in 2025.

As an Allied Health Team Leader, you will provide leadership and operational management across our centre-based programs and activities including gym-based programs, hydrotherapy services, individual and group therapy sessions supported by CHSP, NDIS, and Home Care Package funding.
You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, fostering team development, and contributing to the growth of Allied Health services in the community.

Some of your main responsibilities
Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team, including Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, a Dietitian, and Allied Health Assistants, along with volunteers and students.
Manage client referrals, triage processes, and funding compliance.
Oversee the delivery of evidence-based, contemporary Allied Health services.
Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth program operations and effective team management.
