KAEFER Integrated Services is thrilled to announce that we are actively seeking Expressions of Interest from SUPERVISORS for Onshore/Offshore supervisory roles for WA/NT.

Rope Access Supervisors What You Offer
Industry experience: A strong background with a minimum of 5 years hands-on supervisory experience specifically in O&G positions (Offshore experience highly desirable).
Proficient in brownfields maintenance & minor capital projects.
An understanding of the industry intricacies such as environmental regulations and safety protocols.
Offshore certifications: Must hold a FOET/BOSIET with CA-EBS and a current MSIC.
Leadership experience: Proven track record of leading teams effectively, ensuring high standards in execution and compliance.
Safety Implementation: Demonstrable experience in the development and enforcement of safety policies and procedures, including the management of risk assessments, hazard identification and control strategies.
Capital projects experience: Experience in the management and execution of minor capital projects related to the maintenance of fixed plant showcasing ability in project planning and resource allocation.
Regulatory Knowledge: Must have a solid understanding of Australian Standards and regulations with proven experience working within Australia's O&G industry to ensure compliance.
A strong desire to showcase your expertise while making meaningful contributions to dynamic projects that drive innovation and success.
