The Client: Our client has extensive experience in all aspects of construction. In 2025, they are expanding their business and are looking for a new project manager. The projects involve overseeing the construction of modular affordability homes. The projects are based all over Queensland, and due to this, you will be travelling regularly depending on the project locations. The right candidate should be flexible and able to travel all over, and able to commute to their Brisbane Head office when not on site.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage multiple modular construction projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. Conduct regular site visits across various locations, utilizing both driving and flights as necessary. Report directly to the Construction Manager, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality control measures. Foster strong relationships with team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Project Manager in various construction fields and processes. Knowledge of modular construction processes, techniques, and best practices. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide subcontractors. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel regularly and adapt to various project locations. Strong computer literacy and experience with MS Office and PM Software. Experience and confidence in OHS. Strong autonomy and confidence in abilities.
