About the Role: The Justice Officer - Administration performs reception and concierge duties and provides accurate and timely administrative support services for various business areas within the Justice Service Centres. The role has a strong focus on service delivery to clients and stakeholders.
Some of your Administrative duties may include: Responding to over-the-counter enquiries from staff or the general publicProviding information and assistance with matters relating to Department portfoliosAssisting with correspondence management (e.g. Court documents / fines / Birth Deaths & Marriages submissions)Maintaining a range of electronic information and filing systemsAbout You: As our ideal candidate, you will possess:
