About the role:

Head up an established construction practice.
Be involved in a mix of back & front-end construction matters , such as management of disputes, security of payment, project procurement and contract drafting, negotiation and advice .

The ideal candidate:

Partner, coming from a reputable mid-tier law firm or smaller boutique law firm.
A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university , underpinned by strong academic records.
Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing junior lawyers.
Excellent client relationship management skills, with a ability to generate new business, build a client base, and develop lasting professional relationships.
