The Role Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make a significant impact?
This role offers you the chance to provide comprehensive HR support to divisional management teams and employees across our Kwinana North & South Zones. You'll handle a variety of people-related matters, such as workplace investigations, performance management, workforce planning, policy interpretation, engagement, and change management.
Additionally, you'll play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies to achieve business goals.
This is a 12-month fixed-term position based in the Perth CBD, with travel required throughout the zones.
Responsibilities include: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees in relation to employment, workforce planning, recruitment, change management, investigations, and performance management. Assist the HR Manager with training, development, change management, remuneration, benefits, engagement, and company culture. Provide timely support and advice, compliant with legislation, company policies and procedures. Contribute to strategic initiatives to enhance organisational people capabilities. Plan and conduct regular site visits and attend monthly zone meetings, including preparation and presentation of data. About You: Hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field. Bring a wealth of experience from a generalist human resources role. Proven ability to provide strategic advice on workforce planning, job design and organisational design. Excel at forging strong relationships and managing stakeholder expectations. Skilled in navigating disciplinary matters and conducting workplace investigations. Possess high level interpersonal skills, including assertiveness with the ability to influence and coach at management level. Understanding of industrial legislation, including enterprise agreement interpretation and obligations under the Fair Work Act. Why work with CBH?
