Job Description
How does your working day look like... Representation of the Souschef and support in planning, organization & coordination
Ordering goods and keeping a daily eye on stocks and order
Coordinated & experienced way of working
Strength and confident appearance in operational à la carte
Guiding and leading the individual positions of the kitchen team
Eye for detail in operational and organizational matters
Careful & responsible handling of food & raw materials is a matter of course
Implementation & control of our HACCP concept
Carrying out quality assurance audits
Qualifications
Your personality counts more than your CV... Training in gastronomy
Enthusiasm for international cooking on stage - with us, guests have an insight into the kitchen
Openness to new food concepts
Desire to learn new things and patience when there is too much salt
