This role involves a mix of structured scheduling and fluid problem-solving, as challenges arise regularly in this fast-paced environment. You'll need to be detail-oriented and competitive, with a strong ability to balance deadlines and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Project Oversight: Coordinate and oversee sign installation projects from planning through to completion, with a focus on client satisfaction.Client and Contractor Coordination: Manage client expectations, provide regular updates, and work with contractors to ensure project timelines and quality.On-Site Involvement: Conduct site surveys and supervise trade contractors as needed, with potential hands-on involvement when necessary.Problem Solving: Navigate challenges independently and collaborate with other project managers when resources overlap.About You You thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and have the experience to keep up with shifting priorities and client demands. You're a natural problem-solver with a "get it done" mentality, competitive drive, and dedication to process while remaining flexible to improve where needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills Experience: Background in a fast-paced environment, ideally with installation, trade, or foreman experience in signage or a related industry.Skills: Strong communication, customer service, stress tolerance, problem solving and computer literacy (MS Office skills required).Licenses: White Card, valid Driver's License.Must Have: Self-motivation, ability to prioritize the team's workload, and a knack for handling issues as they arise.Preferred: Forklift ticket.
