To commence Term 1, 2025  Full-time, 12-month fixed term position (leave replacement position) Salary range - $82,863 to $124,197 per annum plus superannuation Teachers at Ballarat Grammar School are responsible for empowering students with: Academic confidence and a passion for learning, An understanding of the obligations of community, both local and international, Social competence, the capacity for leadership and genuine compassion for others, A desire for involvement in the arts, sports and co-curricular activities, Good physical and emotional health, and An understanding of, and learning from, Christian faith and Christian spirituality.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Registration (or ability to obtain), including a VIT approved Teaching qualification for Primary Years.
Ability to demonstrate and authentically promote Ballarat Grammar's values.
Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in teaching within the primary years.
Effective strategies to gather, analyse and act on student data to improve learning outcomes for each student.
Experience and knowledge of individual academic learning programmes for students with diverse abilities and needs.
Be committed to the exploration of critical thinking and inquiry through the pursuit of excellence and understanding.
A willingness and ability to participate fully in the School's academic, co-curricular and pastoral care programs.
