Job Description
Verisk wants to grow its business with the London Insurance Market and to improve the quality of service that our customers receive. This role is focused on supporting our Client Management team in the administration of our sales and renewals processes and ensuring that access to the services and products that we sell is delivered on a timely and accurate basis.
Main Responsibilities:
Collaborate with finance and customer service to ensure sales invoices are accurate, correctly addressed, and comply with company policies.Follow up with customers to resolve issues that could delay payments, working closely with clients.Manage the onboarding process for ISO clients in regions including the US, UK, Japan, and others.Coordinate the project to automate ISO client onboarding.Maintain and update Salesforce records to track lead generation and opportunities.Review Salesforce and other data to identify new sales opportunities.Provide administrative support for executing the UW Sales strategy for London Market clients.

Knowledge of SalesforceFamiliar with Lloyd's London MarketKnowledge of the UK and US insurance markets would be an asset.
