About the Role

You will be generating leads and building customer relationships in person and over the phone and on the road in person to drive business development to our custom residential project homes and sales team. Key Responsibilities of the Role:Strong focus on lead generation and new business development.Ensuring all new customers or potential ones are followed up with and nurtured.Preparation of sales and KPI reports. Manage the CRM database.Engaging in the community and promoting our brand to build relationship and drive leads. Skills & Experience:* Demonstrated interest and learning for the real estate industry* Certificate in Real Estate or willing to obtain is a must.* Demonstrated love of learning and relationship building.* Fresh from Uni or similar and looking to advance in real estate sales.* Ability to be coachable and a quick learner to systems.CultureThe office culture is vibrant and light, with a bit of office banter.
