Junior Safety Advisor

About: We're seeking a Junior Safety Advisor from a heavy goods background who can adapt and rise to any new challenge while working for a progressive business.
Overview: Our client, a highly successful business with a National footprint is seeking a Junior Safety Advisor to join the team. We're looking for a Safety Advisor/ Safety Officer who can take on new challenges and learn on the job while reporting to a highly experienced National Safety Lead. This position will include implementing systems and policies, driving initiatives and reducing risks while being able to take a proactive approach to safety. You will have a background of working in the logistics/ heavy goods sectors with the ability to build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders in a role that includes a mix of office and site based work.
Requirements: 1 year + in a similar Safety role Cert 4 in Safety and above A demonstrated knowledge of safety legislation A clean driving licence is essential Why apply: This is a unique opportunity for a Junior Safety Advisor seeking progression. We're looking for a highly motivated and career focused individual, who has the flexibility to undertake regular regional travel while learning new systems and processes. You will understand statistics, systems and working to KPIs. In return our client is looking to pay a salary ranging from $95- $110K + Package depending on your experience.
