We are looking for a motivated and hard working Junior Safety Administrator to our join team.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, coordinate, and manage training programs for new hires and existing employees, including safety protocols, equipment handling, and regulatory compliance specific to the rail and construction industries.Assisting with the development of safety policies specific and safety programs. Support department heads in conducting incident and accident investigations, as well as routine safety inspections. Manage and oversee Rail Industry Worker (RIW) portal entries, ensuring employee data, qualifications, and certifications are kept current.Support department heads during audit processes.  Schedule and conduct on-site and off-site training sessions, workshops, and certifications.Monitor employee progress and maintain training records to ensure all certifications and qualifications are up-to-date.Work with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored programs to meet those needs.Ensure that all training programs align with current industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.Oversee compliance reporting through various portals to ensure smooth access for employees onto projects.Requirements: Previous experience within the civil construction industry and safety administration. Previous experience within the rail industry (desirable).Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to be flexible and work in a dynamic fast paced Team environment
