About the Role: As a Recruitment Consultant at Spencer Ogden, you'll be a key player in finding and bringing on board amazing sales talent for the energy sector. This is a job where your skills in sales, communication, and building relationships really shine. Responsibilities:
Client Connections: Build and nurture strong relationships with our clients by understanding their recruitment needs and offering creative solutions. Talent Scouting: Hunt down awesome sales pros through online searches, social media, and networking events. Interview Power: Grill candidates (nicely) to figure out if they're a great fit for our clients. Deal Maker: Help seal the deal between clients and candidates, making sure everyone's happy. Market Expert: Keep an eye on the latest trends in the energy sector, so you can chat with clients about what's hot. Goal Getter: Smash those sales targets and KPIs and help our business grow.
