With offices located centrally in the Macarthur area, this is a team of highly trained and experienced local experts who are provided with ongoing training and state-of-the-art technology systems. Currently seeking a Junior Property Manager to join a high-performing Property Management Division, this is a team with plenty of support, structure, and systems!

The Role:
Monday – Friday, we are seeking an up and coming Property Manager to run and service a clean and tidy local portfolio all based in close proximity to the Macarthur Area. With training and support from the Senior Property Manager and a hands-on Director, this is your opportunity to learn from the best in the business. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

Managing your own local portfolio of 70 properties Maintaining relationships with tenants and landlords Ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections Conducting repairs and maintenance Rental arrears management Carry out regular rent and lease reviews The Candidate: A current Certificate of Registration & driver's license Previous experience in Real Estate is highly regarded High level of professionalism Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal High level of customer service and excellent rapport-building skills Strong knowledge of the local area A positive, can-do attitude!
