The Role: Monday-Friday ONLY, this is your chance to join a strong Property management division. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Effectively liaise with tenantsApproving and signing up tenants and explaining requirements under the ActConduct incoming, outgoing, and routine inspectionsComplete repairs & maintenance managementWorking towards targets and KPIThe ideal candidate will possess the following:
