Assisting a strong Property Management team within a long-established network, this position is for someone looking to progress their career in Real Estate and join the most recognized talents listing and managing the most exclusive properties.

The Position:
In this role, you will be supporting a busy Property Management department and servicing an immaculately maintained portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

Organizing and attending open for inspections and responding to property inquiriesProcessing applications and reference check tenantsLiaising with landlords and tenantsCoordinating repairs and maintenance and liaising with tradespeopleAssisting with ingoing/outgoing and routine inspections and preparing condition reportsManage lease negotiations and sign-upsThe Person:
The ideal candidate will be switched on, full of initiative, and eager to progress their Property Management career. A current Certificate of Registration is essential as well as a reliable car and valid driver's license. You will also possess:
